This item has a screw down clamp with hard foam pads on the inside of the clamp. The little dial that you use to turn it is cheap and it easily bumped and comes loose a notch. It has a notching or ratcheting type system when tightening, a pretty cheap one but it works. When clamped down tight it stays very well on the leg area of the stroller.
The build of the actual holders is good. he bottle or sippy cup holder is great. Fits cups very well as it has foam flaps on four sides. The cups it comes with also fit well.
I recommend this for umbrella strollers or strollers that have not trays. I use it with my new first years Ignite stroller and it fits great. Stays on even when folding. I think that it would for most strollers but that would depend on the make up of the folding of the stroller itself.
Better than the competitions. (snack pod type things).

We own two of these. They fit perfect on our first years Ignite strollers We also use them on shopping carts for drinks and snacks. No complaints here. We have owned them for over a year!
